Protein is Power
Veggies offer good alternatives to meat protein. Beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, chickpeas and peas are all great sources. A mix throughout the day will provide essential amino acids. Just make sure you're getting enough calories to maintain your weight.
Adding Iron

Calcium-Strong
