 | Pasta with Chick'n & Smart Bacon®

 Ingredients:
 
				  | 1 package (6 oz) Lightlife® Smart Strips® Chick'n |  | 1/2 package (5 oz) Lightlife® Smart Bacon® |  | 8 ounces dry pasta, uncooked |  | 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces |  | 1 small onion, sliced in long strips |  | 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced in long strips |  | 1 Tbsp. olive oil |  | 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |  | 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese | 
 Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, onion and red pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute longer (do not overcook). Brown Smart Bacon® in another skillet until crispy and break into bite-sized pieces. Add Smart Strips® Chick'n and Smart Bacon® to the sauté mixture, cooking just long enough to heat through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
