 | Spring Pasta with Smart Bacon®

 Ingredients:
 
				  | 1 package (5 oz) Lightlife® Smart Bacon®, diced |  | 1 package (16 oz) dry rotini pasta, uncooked |  | 1/4 cup olive oil, divided |  | 1/2 cup sliced green onions |  | 1 cup chopped morel mushrooms |  | 2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic |  | 1/2 cup frozen green peas |  | 1/4 tsp. salt |  | 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese | 
 Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. When hot, add onions and stir every minute or so. After 2 minutes, add mushrooms, Smart Bacon® and garlic. After 5 minutes, add peas and remaining olive oil. Add pasta and salt. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
