				  | 1 package (10.4 oz) Lightlife® Smart Cutlets® Spicy Sweet & Sour | | 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil | | 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil | | 1/2 cup dried craisins | | 1/3 cup pine nuts | | 3 cups baby spinach leaves, cleaned and dried (about 5 ounces) | | 1/4 tsp. salt | | 1/8 tsp. freshly cracked pepper | | dash or two cayenne pepper |
In Dutch oven place 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add Smart Cutlets® (without the marinade).
