 Ingredients:
 
				  | 2 ounces Lightlife® Gimme Lean® Sausage |  | 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided |  | 1 Tbsp. chopped white onion |  | 1 egg, beaten |  | 2 Tbsp. whole milk |  | 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |  | 1 flour tortilla (10-inch) |  | 2 Tbsp. salsa | 
 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside. In another skillet heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the Gimme Lean® Sausage, crumbling it as you stir. Combine Gimme Lean® Sausage and egg mixture and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.
