 | Smart Strips® Chick'n Noodle Soup

 Ingredients:
 
				  | 1 package (6 oz) Lightlife® Smart Strips® Chick'n, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |  | 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil |  | 1 cup diced onion |  | 2 cups sliced carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices |  | 3 cups reduced-sodium vegetable broth |  | 2 bay leaves |  | 1 Tbsp. onion powder |  | 1 Tbsp. garlic powder |  | 7 ounces dry whole-wheat spaghetti, uncooked, broken into 2-inch pieces | 
 In a large soup pot, heat 1/4 cup of oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and carrots; sauté for 10 minutes. While vegetables are cooking, in a skillet heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add Smart Strips® and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth, bay leaves, onion powder and garlic powder to soup pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Add spaghetti and Smart Strips® Chick'n and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving.
