 | Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Smart Bacon®

 Ingredients:
 Preheat oven to 400°F. Dice Smart Bacon® into pieces. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Smart Bacon® and salt. Place mixture on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until browned.
