 Ingredients:
 
				  | 1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Ground® Original |  | 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder |  | 1 tsp. onion powder |  | 1 Tbsp. olive oil |  | 1 can (16 oz) no fat refried beans |  | 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies |  | 3/4 cup taco sauce |  | 2 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend, divided |  | 1 cup fat-free sour cream |  | 1/3 cup chopped green onions |  | tortilla chips (optional) | 
 Crumble Smart Ground® Original into a large bowl. Add chili powder and onion powder; stir to combine. Set aside. In a 13x9x2 baking dish coated with olive oil, layer the beans, Smart Ground® mixture, green chilies, taco sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins. or until cheese melts and bubbles around the edges. Cool for five minutes. Spread sour cream on top; sprinkle with green onions and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
